1. Acceptance of Terms

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 18jil. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 18jil employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances including any winnings derived from them will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any access codes with any third party. 18jil will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 18jil support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

18jil is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification documents upon request, including but not limited to your PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

18jil supports deposits via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven cash-in. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of real-money funds from your 18jil account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your 18jil account identity. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 18jil makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. 18jil's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Termination & Suspension

18jil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect if it determines that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued service would expose 18jil to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 18jil may forfeit any funds remaining in the account, including deposits, bonus balances, and pending winnings. Where account closure is not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposits, subject to applicable KYC and AML verification requirements.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the 18jil support team. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed immediately, and any real-money balance will be returned after standard verification.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
